The name Fides, derived from the Latin word for trust, defines the essence of our ecosystem. We don't ask you to trust us — we give you the mathematics to verify everything yourself. FidesInnova combines blockchain technology, zero-knowledge cryptography, and distributed computing into an infrastructure that empowers individuals, businesses, and institutions to connect, share, and monetize IoT data securely.

Our zk-IoT framework — the first of its kind — was peer-reviewed and published in IEEE in 2024. It ensures the integrity of firmware execution and data processing even in potentially compromised IoT devices, establishing a cryptographic trust layer for autonomous device communication.

Company Milestones

2022
FidesInnova Founded

Founded by Gholamreza Ramezan and Ehsan Meamari with a vision to bring cryptographic verifiability to IoT at the edge using zero-knowledge proofs.

2023
IEEE Paper Published

zk-IoT framework paper accepted and published in IEEE — the first peer-reviewed framework for ZKP verification of IoT firmware execution. Introduced the concepts of zk-Devices, service contracts, and the relayer-blockchain trust layer.

2024
Hardware, Mobile App & Ecosystem Launch

Launched E-card V1, E-card V2, zk-MultiSensor, and MiniSensor hardware devices. Released iOS and Android mobile apps, IoT Server, ZKP Explorer, and the Service Market. Launched all five ecosystem verticals: zkSensor, MotionCertified, EnergyWiseNetwork, TrustLearn, and TrustSense.

2025
Partnerships & Network Expansion

Strategic partnerships with University of Wyoming, StorX, Aegis Alliance, and Exponential Partners. Node license program opened. ZKP SDK released in C++ and Rust.

2026
AI Integration Agents & Global Scale

Released AI-powered ZKP Integration Agent and Security Verification Agent. Expanding the node network globally across all five verticals.
